HISTORY

Having identified the care needs of 1 elderly lady in the community we started home-based care in 2018, a service we still provide to date. 

5 years down the line this care has grown so much that we do not only cover Bulawayo but also areas in the Matebeland region. 

From this care it was observed some clients needed more input from different healthcare personnel and it was easier to access them from a central point. That led to the opening of Green Acres Care Home which opened its doors on the 1st of April 2022. We admitted our first home client on the 15th of April 2022.

We have since expanded our services to:

• Day Care
• Holiday Care
• Respite

Work hard yes, but sleep well knowing that the parents are well looked after with the best of care, respect, and dignity” in a most homely environment.
